3. AI Assistant Conversations
Questions and conversations you submit to the PainIQ AI assistant are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI system. These conversations are used to generate educational responses about gabapentin, Lyrica, and pain management medications.
Important: The PainIQ AI assistant provides general educational information only — not personalized medical advice. Do not submit sensitive personal health information beyond what is necessary to receive general medication education.
Conversation data may be used in aggregate and anonymized form to improve the quality of educational responses on the platform.
